UniKeep Announces Holiday Theme as Fourth Quarter Bonus Category for Design Awards Contest

    MARYSVILLE, OH /Graphic Design News Articles/ - October 16, 2008 - UniKeep LLC, a Univenture company, has announced "Holidays" as the fourth quarter Bonus Category theme for its "Fifth Annual UniKeep Design Awards Contest." The "Holidays" Bonus Category begins October 1, 2008 and ends December 31, 2008. With the holiday season approaching, entrants can design and submit UniKeep eco-friendly HiDef Case, Disc Wallet and Binder graphic inserts for party planning items, recipes, card and gift lists, guest lists, family videos, themed music and much more for staying organized during this hectic time of year.

"UniKeep's eco-friendly, archival storage organizing products are ideal for getting and staying organized during the busy holiday season," said Ross Youngs, CEO of UniKeep, and inventor of the UniKeep Binder. "Graphic designers have an opportunity to design graphic inserts for our variety of UniKeep products. Designing inserts to identify contents will help in organizing and planning for holiday events with the added bonus of potentially winning a cash prize. It will be interesting to see what creative ideas and submissions the designers come up with."

The contest offers the opportunity to win cash and prizes for entering creative, original designs with copyright-free content authorized for public use. Designs may be entered for any size of UniKeep's eco-friendly View Case Binder , Disc Wallet and HiDef Case. Sponsors for the Fifth Annual UniKeep Design Awards Contest are Scrapbooking & Beyond and Create & Decorate magazines. Judges for the contest are Jane Guthrie, Editor of Scrapbooking & Beyond, Natalie Rhinesmith, Technology Features Editor for All American Crafts, and Judi Kauffman, nationally known designer, writer and teacher.

For the last Bonus Category of 2008, "Holidays" will be judged on a quarterly basis as were the previous bonus categories. The monthly award will be $100 to each category winner and $500 to each quarterly bonus category winner. The first 50 entries each month also receive a UniKeep View Case Binder with their artwork inserted.

Links to entries will be posted in the UniKeep 2008 Gallery for the public to access for personal use only. At the end of the contest, $500 will be awarded to each overall "Best of Category" and $1,500 will be awarded as the Grand Prize to the overall "Best of Show". No purchase is necessary.
